    At Enso, we use a smart roommate matching philosophy (and a clever little algorithm) to connect you with like-minded people: creatives, entrepreneurs, explorers... the kind of humans you'd actually want to share a kitchen with.

    Because the right roomie changes everything.

    Everything, to keep it simple.

    Rent, water, electricity, high-speed internet, cleaning of common areas, fully furnished spaces (amazing ones, by the way), maintenance, and community events.

    The room price includes €50 for utilities (water, electricity, gas) so you don't have to worry about extra costs. If the total consumption exceeds those €50, the additional amount is divided equally among all roomies.

    What extra services does Enso offer? We also have optional add-ons to make your stay even better, such as:
    • Bedding laundry service
    • Home office set-up
    • TV rental
    • Physiotherapy sessions

    At Enso, the minimum stay is 2 months. Why? Because we aim to keep a low turnover rate in each flat — this helps build stronger connections between housemates and increases the chances of what we call MCM: Meaningful Connections Made.

    Ideally, we recommend a minimum stay of 3 months so you can fully enjoy the Enso experience.

    We love pets, cats, lizards, unicorns… buuuut, for now, it's a no-pet zone. Gotta keep the peace and the vibe balanced at home!

    Leave on agreed date: Deposit refunded (minus exit fee & extra expenses).

    More than 45 days early notice: 75% deposit refunded (minus exit fee & extra expenses).

    30-45 days notice: 50% deposit refunded (minus exit fee & extra expenses).

    Less than 30 days notice: No deposit refund.

    Deposits are returned within 30–45 days after final inspection (excess utilities or damages may extend to 90 days).
