Ciutat Vella is served by metro lines L3 (Liceu, Drassanes), L4 (Jaume I, Barceloneta) and L1/L4 (Arc de Triomf). Barcelona Sants and França stations are both reachable in under 15 minutes. The neighbourhood is extremely walkable, with Las Ramblas, the Mercat de la Boqueria, the MACBA and the Palau de la Música all within the district boundaries.

Everything, to keep it simple.
Rent, water, electricity, high-speed internet, cleaning of common areas, fully furnished spaces (amazing ones, by the way), maintenance, and community events.
The room price includes €50 for utilities (water, electricity, gas) so you don't have to worry about extra costs. If the total consumption exceeds those €50, the additional amount is divided equally among all roomies.

At Enso, the minimum stay is 2 months. Why? Because we aim to keep a low turnover rate in each flat — this helps build stronger connections between housemates and increases the chances of what we call MCM: Meaningful Connections Made.
Ideally, we recommend a minimum stay of 3 months so you can fully enjoy the Enso experience.

We love pets, cats, lizards, unicorns… buuuut, for now, it's a no-pet zone. Gotta keep the peace and the vibe balanced at home!

Leaving on your contract end date: You get your deposit back after we check your room, minus any extra costs (damages, cleaning, utilities) and the exit fee.
Leaving early with more than 45 days' notice: You'll get 100% of your deposit back after inspection, minus exit fee and any extra costs.
Leaving early with 30 to 45 days' notice: We'll refund 50% of your deposit after inspection and deductions.
Leaving with less than 30 days' notice: Unfortunately, the deposit won't be refunded.
Want more freedom? - Flexibility option: For just 75€ per month, you can leave with only 7 days' notice — giving you more freedom if your plans change. Just let us know and pay the flexibility fee.
